Soup!
Here are some of my favorite soup recipes. Of course, I never make exactly the same soup twice, but these make great jumping off places! I hope you enjoy as well!

- "Kitchen" Soup - leftovers highest and best use
- Borscht - fabulous beet soup. Some serve it cold, but I prefer it hot with a dollop of sour cream.
